How to brief your event planner

The five things that make a first conversation about your event quick, useful and fun.
Round tables with white and gold chairs and low peach rose arrangements

The first message you send a planner sets the tone for everything that follows. You don’t need a finished plan, just enough for us to picture the day with you. (Still deciding what to book first? Start with our wedding planning timeline.)

Start with the date and the place

Even a rough date or a shortlist of venues tells us a lot: the season, the light, whether you’re indoors or under a marquee on the lawn. If the venue isn’t booked yet, say so. We can help you choose.

Tell us who’s coming

A guest count, even an estimate, shapes everything from the size of the room to the number of tables, chairs and centrepieces.

Share what you love

Screenshots, colours, a dress, a photo from a friend’s wedding. The more you show us, the faster we find your style. Browse our portfolio and tell us which events feel closest.

You dream it, we bring it to life.

Be honest about the budget

We have packages for every budget, and knowing yours early means every idea we bring is one you can actually have.

Decide how much you want us to do

Some clients want us to plan and run everything. Others want only the décor and styling, or just the equipment and setup. Both are welcome.
